Serelo hill is located about 20 km from the town of Lahat. Locals call it the Mount Tunjuk (part of the mountain Thumb hill .. but still just too weird), because a similar peak shape protruding finger to the sky.
If you are traveling from Muara Enim, ahead of 20 km into town Lahat, the hill was clear on the left. Below this may be a complex to tame, train and educate the elephant. Mount Dempo (3159 meters above of sea surface) is located in the border province of South Sumatra and Bengkulu provinces. To reach the nearest village, you need to reach the town of Pagar Alam, approximately 7 hours drive inland from Palembang. From the capital of South Sumatra are available at many Pagar Alam Bus.
